Through this online form, you can exercise your right to withdraw from a distance sales contract in the online shop heavenly.sk.

After submitting the form, a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal notice will be sent to the email address provided. The confirmation will contain the date and time of receipt of the notice.

Instructions: Withdrawal from purchase contract

1. Right to withdraw from the contract

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

The withdrawal period is preserved if you send the notice of exercise of the right to withdraw from the purchase contract before the withdrawal period expires. If the subject of the purchase contract is the purchase of goods, you may also withdraw from the purchase contract before the start of the withdrawal period.

2. Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, we will refund all payments you have made in connection with the conclusion of the purchase contract, in particular the purchase price including delivery costs to you.

This does not apply to additional costs if you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer, or to costs for additional services if they were the subject of the contract and have been fully provided.

Payments will be refunded without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this purchase contract. Payment will be made in the same manner you used for your payment, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method of payment. In no case will you be charged any additional fees.

Payment for the purchased goods may be made only after the returned goods are delivered to our address or after proof of sending the goods back is provided, whichever occurs first.

Send or deliver the goods back to us without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them from the time of their delivery until the time of their return in a manner other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, properties, and functionality of the goods.
